It depends on where you are. Order processing time is always updated in the announcement bar. When processed, it can take 3-8 business days to arrive in Canada. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. (Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS) You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
It is 100% the buyers responsibility to give us the correct shipping address upon checkout! We ship items to the address you leave at checkout. Buyers have until the order ships to make a correction, but if no correction is made in time, the package will be shipped to whatever address is left for us at checkout. If you leave the wrong address, just email us right away and it can be corrected. Replacements are NOT available for this error.

Due to the limited quantity of products and Covid-19 restrictions we currently offer store credit & exchanges.
Returns must be received back to us within 15 days from the date you received your order. After the 15 day period, you will no longer be eligible for any credit/exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging with labels and tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, please email us for a returns form. Once you have your returns code, you should mail your product to our returns address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you require a refund and this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within 24-48 hours. If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and for this reason we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
